IN PRACTICE
Cloud environments provide an enterprise operating footprint, including deployment inside an AWS Trusted Secure Enclave for your most sensitive data. Enclave deployments address controlled, high-security environments. The authorising official and the specific deployment determine accreditation requirements.
Edge addresses on-premises and field environments where cloud connectivity cannot be assumed. Mobile brings governed access to the person who needs it, on the device they carry, with the same rules when the link is gone.
Every deployment starts with three questions: where the data boundary sits, which identity model applies, and what happens when the connection disappears. Accreditation is carried per deployment and decided by your authorising official, with the evidence your environment requires.
