100% employer-paid platinum-level PPO health coverage for employees and their dependents, at no cost to the employee.

Automatic enrollment on day one with no vesting period. Bluestaq contributes 4% of base salary automatically and matches 100% up to an additional 6%.

A paid summer internship in Colorado Springs for software engineering students: real delivery on live systems, with the engineers who built them.
UCCS scholarship

Software Engineering Residency Program
A structured residency for early-career software engineers, listed on the job board as the Software Engineering Residency Program.
Graduate Research Scholar (NDSU Partnership)
A full-ride M.S. or Ph.D. research sponsorship with North Dakota State University, culminating in a paid summer internship at Bluestaq headquarters.
